ALL IN LOVE WEDDING FAIR EXHIBITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • By completing the application form and paying the deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions.

  • Payment schedule – Total cost for a stand is £80. A 50% deposit of £40 must be paid upon booking. The remaining payment must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of the event taking place, the full balance will not be refunded.

  •  If the fair is cancelled by the event organiser, full refunds, including deposits will be offered.

  • If the event is postponed or cancelled due to reasons beyond anyone’s control (i.e. covid, government shut down, weather related incidents) or moves venue, any balance paid will be transferred or a partial refund given.

  • You are responsible for the safety of your own property. The event organiser is not liable for any damage, theft or loss of property or persons.

  • By taking part in the event you agree that any photos or videos taken during the event can be edited and used for promotional purposes.

  • You must have your own insurance, relevant for the event, for liabilities and risks, including public liability insurance. 

  • Your stand must only be used to promote yourself and no other businesses or suppliers.

  • You must not sub-let your stand.

  • Your stand must not infringe on any rights, contain personal information, personal insults, anything slanderous or discriminatory and must not infringe on any data protection, copyright or privacy laws.

  • If you violate the terms, your application can be cancelled at any point, or you will be asked to leave the event.

  • Your application may be declined due to availability or compatibility to the venue or event.

  • It may not always be possible to fulfil requests for special requirements and the organiser reserves the right to change the site plan if necessary, on the day.

  • You must be set up 15 minutes before the event start time and not take down your stand before closing.

  • By exhibiting at this event, you agree to promote the events on your socials and website.

  • By exhibiting at this event, you agree to read through the educational starter pack for LGBTQ+ inclusion for wedding suppliers provided by the event organiser prior to the event.
